Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Alex Mill pieces, but if something isn't quite right, we accept returns and exchanges on unworn items within 21 days of delivery. Please ensure all original tags are attached and items are in their original condition.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to send back.

  Choose Your Method

  Select whether you would like to receive a refund to your original payment method, store credit, or perform a direct exchange for a different size.

• 3.
  Pack and Label

  Print your prepaid shipping label and securely pack your items in the original mailer, ensuring the new label is visible on the outside of the package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days of receipt.
